Hanwha Aerospace Holds 'Compliance Practitioners Day' Event... "Strengthening Compliance Management"
[Asia Economy Reporter Jeong Hyunjin] Hanwha Aerospace announced on the 25th that it will hold the '2021 Compliance Practitioners Day' event with its subsidiaries, including Hanwha Precision Machinery, Hanwha Techwin, and Hanwha Power Systems, until the 26th.
Through this event, Hanwha Aerospace will reward outstanding compliance practitioners, present the company's compliance management vision, and share next year's activity plans. Additionally, the 2021 Compliance Report will be published and posted both online and offline for this purpose.
Hanwha Aerospace currently evaluates all executives and department heads by quantifying compliance activity performance into an index and reflecting it in evaluation criteria. To support this, compliance practitioners who promote and encourage compliance activities within each department are selected annually at the managerial level to assist employees' practical compliance efforts.
In particular, since 2016, the year-end Compliance Practitioners Day event has invited various figures to conduct annual performance reports, keynote lectures, awards for outstanding practitioners, and compliance events.
However, considering the COVID-19 situation this year as well as last year, Hanwha Aerospace explained that various non-face-to-face events were organized through the company's internal online compliance support system.
