Hanchon Seolleongtang Reports 18% Increase in Store Visitors Compared to Last Year
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Hanchon Seolleongtang announced on the 25th that the number of visitors and sales of health-boosting menu items increased due to the best menu discount event featuring Australian clean beef held during the autumn season.
From September 28 to October 7, Hanchon Seolleongtang offered discounts on health-boosting menu items made with Australian clean beef, such as Hanchon Tang, Dogani Tang, and Bulgogi, to promote health as a hearty restorative meal to overcome COVID-19.
Analysis of visitor numbers and menu sales during the event period showed that store visitors increased by about 8% compared to the previous month and about 18% compared to the same period last year. Hanchon Seolleongtang believes the discount event had a positive effect on attracting customers.
The event menus also showed an upward trend, with Dogani Tang being the best-selling menu during the event period. Dogani Tang sales increased by about 2% compared to the previous month and by 16% compared to the previous year.

Hanchon Tang showed the largest increase, rising 17% compared to the previous month and 24% compared to the previous year, while the Bulgogi menu also showed an increase of 8% compared to the previous month and 2% compared to the previous year.
