Seoul Dongjak Police Station announced on the 24th that they had sent Ms. A, a woman in her 30s, into custody on the 16th on charges of attempted murder.
According to the police, Ms. A was caught in the act on the 10th around noon at a gosiwon in Noryangjin-dong, Dongjak-gu, where she allegedly wielded a weapon at a woman in her 20s living in the room in front of hers.
During the police investigation, Ms. A reportedly stated to the police, "I wielded the weapon because of the noise."
