Fine dust levels are expected to be 'bad' in the Seoul metropolitan area, Gangwon Yeongseo, Chungcheong region, Gwangju, Jeonbuk, Daegu, and Gyeongbuk, while other regions will have 'moderate' levels. The Seoul metropolitan area and Chungcheong region are expected to experience temporarily 'very bad' levels in the morning.
