According to the county on the 18th, the spatial information system is a system that allows quick viewing of cadastral maps, aerial photographs, management of land use zones and districts, road occupancy and excavation permits, management of roads and underground facilities, land-related attribute information, official land prices, and whether urban planning regulations are violated.
This training consisted of lectures on the introduction to the integrated spatial information system and practical usage, list management and storage following spatial information creation, methods of providing data, designation and management of spatial information security officers, security measures when outsourcing spatial information tasks, management of underground facilities, and procedures for creation, management, and disposal of spatial information.
A newly appointed public official who attended the training said, “I was able to easily access map information through navigation and lifestyle information apps, but through this training, I learned the importance of spatial information collection and management, including public, non-public, and restricted access.” He added, “I will thoroughly manage information while performing my duties in the future.”
Muan-gun conducts training on the use of the spatial information system and security education twice a year for newly appointed public officials and those handling spatial information due to personnel changes, and carries out security inspections at least once a year, making every effort to manage spatial information security.
