Coinone to Hire Over 100 Former Military Personnel... Strengthening In-House Benefits
All Employees to Receive a Uniform 20% Salary Increase
[Asia Economy Reporter Gong Byung-sun] Coinone, a domestic cryptocurrency exchange, announced on the 18th that it will hire more than 100 employees across all departments, focusing on outstanding developers and the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Center, and strengthen in-house welfare.
Coinone is recruiting in 12 fields including ▲service planning ▲design ▲server development ▲frontend development ▲Automated Order System (AOS) development ▲backend wallet development ▲quality assurance (QA) ▲database administrator (DBA) ▲listing support ▲deposit and withdrawal data monitoring ▲product manager (PM) ▲suspicious transaction report (STR) monitoring.
Coinone plans to secure a large number of talented professionals centered on specialized developers and the recently established AML Center personnel to enhance its expertise as an official virtual asset operator. Additionally, it will focus on developing various blockchain-based products by creating a new position for Chief Technology Officer.
Furthermore, the company decided to increase employee welfare. To encourage internal members and motivate work, it will raise all employees’ annual salaries by 20% uniformly and plans to provide incentives twice a year starting next year. The currently operated comprehensive wage system will be gradually abolished to improve work satisfaction and strengthen compensation.
An in-house loan system has also been introduced. This system offers interest-free support of up to 50 million KRW for housing funds to employees who have worked for more than one year. It will also provide annual health checkups worth about 1 million KRW and indemnity insurance for employees and their families. Other welfare benefits include a 3 million KRW support fund for employee referrals, external meal support to strengthen networking, partial support for domestic and international related conferences and training expenses, book purchase expenses, and holiday gifts.
