Samsung Electronics Launches 'Wearable Wooyoungmi Edition' Starting at 369,000 KRW

First Implementation of 'Trade-in' Program for Watches
[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Samsung Electronics announced on the 18th that it will launch a limited domestic sale of the 'Wearable Wooyoungmi Edition,' a collaboration with the designer brand 'Wooyoungmi Paris,' starting from the 19th.
This edition will be released in two versions: the 'Galaxy Watch4 Wooyoungmi Edition' and the 'Galaxy Buds2 Wooyoungmi Edition.'
The Watch4 Wooyoungmi Edition consists of ▲'Galaxy Watch4' in black ▲a dedicated strap ▲a wireless charger ▲and watch faces. The dedicated strap uses premium leather and stainless steel materials, and features the 'Wooyoungmi Paris' logo as well as the brand’s distinctive rectangular-shaped buckle, adding a touch of luxury. Additionally, the all-black charger and watch faces engraved with the logo provide a unified look to the package. The Wooyoungmi watch faces can be downloaded and installed from the Google Play Store.
The Buds2 Wooyoungmi Edition includes ▲Galaxy Buds2 in graphite color ▲and a dedicated case. The dedicated case reflects the 'Wooyoungmi Paris' brand identity with a square shape and plated material, completing a sophisticated and elegant design.
The Watch4 Wooyoungmi Edition is priced at 399,000 KRW for the 44mm model and 369,000 KRW for the 40mm model, while the Buds2 Wooyoungmi Edition is priced at 199,000 KRW. The Wearable Wooyoungmi Edition will be exclusively and limitedly sold on the fashion platform 'Musinsa' starting at 10 a.m. on the 19th. Detailed information can be found on the Musinsa Store.
Starting today, Samsung Electronics has introduced a 'Trade-in' program for smartwatches for the first time. The 'Galaxy Watch Trade-in' program allows customers currently using 'Galaxy Watch,' 'Galaxy Watch Active,' 'Galaxy Watch Active2,' 'Galaxy Watch3,' and others to receive compensation based on the condition of their existing devices when purchasing the 'Galaxy Watch4.'
