On the 16th, Hoban Group announced that it will hold a public recruitment to hire more than 300 new and experienced employees across its construction affiliates Hoban Construction and Hoban Industry, as well as Daehan Cable, Hoban Hotel & Resort, Hoban Golf, Hoban Property, Samsung Gold Exchange, and Daeah Produce.
Hoban Construction and Hoban Industry are recruiting new employees in areas such as architecture, electrical, facilities, safety, civil engineering, and product development. Experienced employees will be selected for positions including site manager, architecture, electrical, facilities, safety, civil engineering, quality control, health, legal affairs, fair trade, planning, audit, IT, accounting, and design. Retired personnel currently working as site managers or with prior site manager experience are given preference. Hoban Construction and Hoban Industry continue to achieve full sales success in major cities nationwide such as Busan, Daejeon, and Daegu this year. They are also actively securing orders in urban renewal projects and park special projects.
The group is also conducting public recruitment in manufacturing and media sectors, including Daehan Cable, which it acquired this year, as well as Hoban Hotel & Resort, Hoban Golf, Hoban Property, Samsung Gold Exchange, and Daeah Produce.

The recruitment process proceeds in the order of document screening → AI competency test (for new employees) → first interview → second interview → employment medical checkup → final acceptance.
