CJ OnStyle stated that its employees are actively participating as online mentors in CJ Donors Camp's 'Cultural Dream Keeper' and Asia Exchange Association's 'Dream On Air'. Through this opportunity, they are sharing the experiences of field experts in various sectors with future dream talents.
CJ Donors Camp's 'Cultural Dream Keeper' is a social contribution program that supports cultural education opportunities tailored to the growth stages of youth and young adults. It operates 'Master Lectures' and 'Expert Lectures' where experts from various fields share their success experiences. Asia Exchange Association's 'Dream On Air' is an online career education program for youth, where liberal arts, entertainment writers and PDs, and home shopping and live commerce professionals share their experiences.
Hong Seungwan, a designer who has participated in fashion brand development as CJ OnStyle's Creative Director, conducted an online special lecture on the 15th as a master mentor for 'Cultural Dream Keeper'. Mentor Hong shared the development process of the fashion brand 'Loriette' and his growth story as a fashion designer with about 30 youth mentees. He also provided feedback on the mentees' creative works. Expert mentor lectures led by CJ OnStyle employees such as MDs and PDs for 'Cultural Dream Keeper' are scheduled to be held sequentially until January next year.
Kim Seongeun, a show host who has been active at CJ OnStyle for over 25 years, served as a mentor in the home shopping and live commerce fields through the online career education program 'Dream On Air' on the 13th. She shared methods for preparing to become a home shopping show host and live commerce show host. In addition to the lecture, a separate Q&A session and communication time were provided. Shin Gicheol, a camera director who served as a mentor again following 'Cultural Dream Keeper', shared field experiences regarding media & OTT production systems and camera video shooting techniques.
