Hyundai Construction Equipment Acquires Brazilian Subsidiary Shares for 73.8 Billion KRW
[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-yoon] Hyundai Construction Equipment, a KOSPI-listed company, announced on the 16th that it will acquire 922,203,786 shares of its Brazilian subsidiary for 73.8 billion KRW.
After acquiring the shares, Hyundai Construction Equipment will hold 100% ownership of the Brazilian subsidiary. The scheduled date for the share acquisition is the 31st of next month.
