Joint Comprehensive Inspection of Salt Farm Workers Implemented
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Seo Young-seo] Sinan-gun, Jeollanam-do is conducting a full inspection of all salt farm workers in cooperation with related organizations such as Jeollanam-do, Jeonnam Police Agency, Mokpo Police Station, Ministry of Employment and Labor, and Disability Rights Advocacy Agencies until next month.
According to the county on the 16th, this joint inspection plans to thoroughly investigate human rights violations such as assault and harsh treatment, wage arrears, and disability status through one-on-one interviews with salt farm workers.
Depending on the investigation results, if human rights violations of workers are confirmed, strong administrative measures such as filing complaints, business suspension, and license cancellation will be taken against the respective salt farm producers.
