DL Construction Wins 200 Billion KRW Street Housing Redevelopment Project in Daejeon
[Asia Economy Reporter Minyoung Kim] DL Construction announced on the 16th that it has been selected as the contractor for the street housing maintenance project in the Yucheon-dong area of Jung-gu, Daejeon.
This project involves constructing apartment complexes and other buildings consisting of 6 buildings ranging from 4 basement floors to a maximum of 49 floors above ground on blocks 1 and 2 at 335-94 Yucheon-dong, Jung-gu, Daejeon. The total construction cost is approximately 215.3 billion KRW, and the construction period is about 47 months from the start date.
Block 1 will include 377 apartment units and 40 officetel units, while Block 2 will consist of 407 apartment units and 38 officetel units.

The complex is close to Daedunsan-ro and the Daejeon Southwest Terminal. Additionally, the 'Daejeon Line 2 Tram' is scheduled to open around the complex in 2025.
