K Bank Selects First 'Internship Linked to Employment' Since Launch
Monthly salary of 3 million KRW provided during internship period
Total of 7 fields... Planned to select double-digit number of interns
[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] K-Bank announced on the 15th that it will recruit internship positions linked to employment across all job functions for the first time since its launch.
K-Bank plans to offer industry-leading compensation. During the internship period, a monthly salary of 3 million KRW will be paid, and in addition, a mentoring program through one-on-one matching with outstanding senior employees will not only enhance practical skills but also help interns quickly adapt to the new environment.
The recruitment process will be conducted entirely online to maximize convenience from the applicant's perspective. The selection stages consist of 'application submission - personality test - interview,' with coding tests for IT positions and pre-assigned tasks for data-related roles.
The positions open for recruitment cover a total of seven fields: ▲IT ▲Marketing ▲Data ▲Risk ▲Compliance ▲Finance & Accounting ▲Management Support, with a double-digit number of hires planned. Applications are accepted through the K-Bank recruitment website until the 24th.
Eligible applicants are those who graduated from a four-year university after February this year or are expected to graduate by August next year. Successful candidates will complete a three-month internship starting January 5 next year and, upon passing a separate regular employment conversion evaluation, will be officially hired as regular employees of K-Bank in April next year.
Regular employees who pass will be granted a one-week 'gap week' vacation between completing the internship and starting employment to recharge.
