Ombudsman Park appealed, "Last year, small businesses in the tourism sector had almost no sales, but daily expenses and management fees were still incurred, and this is ongoing," adding, "Since maintenance costs are necessary, when applying for additional loans from financial institutions, there are cases where loans are denied due to the significant decrease in last year's sales, so support is needed."
