Sales from the domestic and international smart farm division amounted to 31.2 billion KRW, a 73% increase from 18 billion KRW in the same period last year.
The smart farm division accounted for 52% of total sales. GreenPlus's domestic smart farm business is expanding, focusing on young farmers in line with government policies. Last month, the company signed two supply contracts worth 4.7 billion KRW for 'Youth Smart Farm' projects.
Expansion into overseas markets is also accelerating. GreenPlus is one of the few domestic companies that exported related facilities early on to Japan, considered an advanced country in smart farming. The company collaborated with Daisen, the local market leader, to build a state-of-the-art greenhouse covering 2 million square meters (600,000 pyeong) exclusively in Japan. Additionally, in May of this year, the company signed a contract with Australian smart farm company Farm 4.0 to supply smart farm facilities and more in Australia and New Zealand for ten years.

Sales in the aluminum division also showed an upward trend, influenced by rising raw material prices leading to increased unit prices. In September, the company introduced new products such as the eco-friendly aluminum rolltainer called 'GreenTainer.' A rolltainer is a cart used to move goods in logistics warehouses and other settings. According to the company, it can be used in fields where hygiene is critical, such as food and bio sectors, because it does not rust.
