[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Byung-don] Seoul City announced that the number of new COVID-19 confirmed cases in Seoul was counted as 738 from 0:00 to 18:00 on the 12th.
Compared to the same time frame, it is 16 more than the previous day (11th) with 722 cases and 28 more than a week ago (5th) with 710 cases. The total number of confirmed cases was 949 on the 11th and 916 on the 5th.
The daily number of confirmed cases in Seoul reached a record high of 1,221 on September 24, then dropped to 298 on the 18th of last month, but rose again to 1,004 on the 2nd of this month. Since then, it has fluctuated between 600 and 1,000 cases.
