H Plus Eco Co., Ltd. Prioritizes Urea Solution Supply to Companies in Yulchon, Haeryong, and Sepung Industrial Complexes
Scheduled to relocate to Yulchon Industrial Complex next month for urea solution production
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Heo Seon-sik] The Gwangyang Bay Area Free Economic Zone Authority (Commissioner Song Sang-rak, hereinafter Gwangyang Economic Authority) announced on the 10th that H Plus Eco Co., Ltd., a urea solution manufacturer in Yulchon Industrial Complex, has decided to prioritize the supply of urea solution to companies located in Yulchon, Haeryong, and Sepung Industrial Complexes.
Amid the domestic industrial sector-wide shortage of urea solution caused by China’s export restrictions, H Plus Eco Co., Ltd., which is about to move into Yulchon Industrial Complex, learned that companies in Yulchon, Haeryong, and Sepung Industrial Complexes were facing difficulties in securing urea solution. Therefore, it decided to supply about 10 tons (approximately 1,000 units of 10ℓ each) of urea solution at the market supply price (20,000 KRW including VAT per 10ℓ) to companies in these industrial complexes on a priority basis and also to provide 100ℓ free of charge to the Suncheon Fire Station.
The Yulchon, Haeryong, and Sepung Industrial Complex Council (Chairman Shin Myung-gyun) collected applications from 150 resident companies, and among them, about 100 companies will receive a total of 10 tons of urea solution. On the 17th of this month, H Plus Eco Co., Ltd. will directly supply the requested companies (10,400ℓ) and the Suncheon Fire Station (100ℓ).
H Plus Eco Co., Ltd. (CEO Heo Ja-hong) is a major domestic manufacturer of urea solution, currently producing it at its Cheonan factory, and plans to relocate the factory to Yulchon Industrial Complex next month to continue production.
The investment scale includes an initial investment of 50 billion KRW, employing about 90 people on a 26,400㎡ (approximately 7,986 pyeong) site to produce urea solution and cleaning agents. A second phase of investment is underway on an additional 26,400㎡ (approximately 17,845 pyeong) site.
A representative of H Plus Eco Co., Ltd. stated that they will actively strive to prioritize supply to companies and public institutions located in Yulchon, Haeryong, and Sepung Industrial Complexes.
A Gwangyang Economic Authority official said, “We will spare no administrative support possible from the company’s perspective to achieve mutual growth and cooperation with businesses.” He added, “We deeply appreciate the significant help provided to resident companies by prioritizing the supply of urea solution to companies in Yulchon Industrial Complex.”
