Focus on Practical Cooperation Including Customized Training Based on Service Quality Monitoring
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Lotte Hotel announced on the 9th that it has signed a business agreement with Elysian Resort to promote the development of the domestic tourism industry.
The signing ceremony held at Lotte Hotel Seoul was attended by Hyunsik Kim, CEO of Lotte Hotel, Yongseok Hwang, Head of Management Support Division, Chunghui Lim, CEO of Elysian Resort, and Hyunsu Park, Head of Elysian Gangchon Business Division. Both organizations promised to cooperate to develop the domestic tourism industry by improving the service quality of Elysian Resort.
The agreement includes ▲ Service quality monitoring of Elysian Gangchon and Jeju ▲ Implementation of service training for all employees ▲ Joint development of service training courses ▲ Operation of training programs for discovering and nurturing outstanding talents.
Starting with this business agreement, instructors from Lotte Hotel Service Academy will visit Elysian Gangchon from this month to conduct service training for all employees. Afterwards, customized training based on Elysian Resort’s service quality monitoring will be conducted. Internal instructor training for talent development will also take place. Both parties plan to maintain a continuous and practical cooperative relationship.
Hyunsik Kim, CEO of Lotte Hotel, stated, "Through mutual cooperation with Elysian Resort, we will widely spread Lotte Hotel’s high-quality service."
