[Asia Economy Reporter Jeong Il-woong] Mokwon University has delivered warmth to the local community through briquette sharing. On the 8th, Mokwon University announced that recently the student council president group and members of the faculty and staff volunteer club "Sharing Love" completed the delivery of briquettes to six elderly single-person households in Gaseowon-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon. On that day, faculty, staff, and students wore rubber gloves and arm sleeves and delivered 300 briquettes per household, totaling 1,800 briquettes. This sharing event has continued for 18 years this year. The purchase cost of briquettes is prepared by faculty and staff saving a certain amount from their monthly salaries.
