Bu-Ul-Gyeong Public-Private First Joint Employment Activation... '2021 Bu-Ul-Gyeong Online Job Fair'
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Sang-hyun] Gyeongsangnam-do and the Gyeongnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry Council announced on the 5th that, to revitalize the employment market, they will hold the '2021 Bu-Ul-Gyeong Online Job Fair' from the 8th to the 19th in cooperation with the Busan Regional Employment and Labor Office, Busan City, and Ulsan City.
This fair, prepared to resolve the recruitment difficulties of local companies and expand employment opportunities for job seekers through public-private cooperation in the Bu-Ul-Gyeong region, will be conducted entirely online using the online job platform established by the Busan Economic Promotion Agency.
Main events include recruitment booths for about 240 companies in the Bu-Ul-Gyeong region, real-time employment lectures, and recruitment briefings via YouTube channels.
Real-time employment lectures include the second half employment market trends and strategies on the 10th, a special lecture on the National Competency Standards (NCS) field on the 17th, and employment coaching in the non-face-to-face era on the 18th.
Additionally, regional recruitment briefings will be held as follows: Ulsan area (Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency, Elimedia) on the 10th, Busan area (Busan Urban Corporation, IKEA, Lotte World) on the 17th, and Gyeongnam area (Small and Medium Business Corporation, Weltem) on the 18th, providing vivid employment information to job seekers.
Job seekers can apply for jobs and participate in video recruitment interviews based on customized recruitment information on the fair’s website, and receive video employment counseling support such as AI-assisted self-introduction writing and competency testing services.
For job seekers who have difficulty accessing online, video interview booths will be separately installed and operated within the Gyeongnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry Council, and the Gyeongsangnam-do Economic Promotion Agency will support AI competency testing.
