The company stated, “The above contract includes a conditional contract amount, and since the confirmed amount exceeds 10% of the consolidated sales of the previous fiscal year, there is an obligation to disclose the single sales supply contract. The contract period’s end date is within 7 years from the contract start date, but the contract period may be changed through consultation with the other party.”
