Hanmi Semiconductor Establishes Dedicated A/S Team for Micro Saw
[Asia Economy Reporter Hyungsoo Park] Hanmi Semiconductor announced on the 4th that it has established a dedicated A/S team to provide premium service for the micro saw equipment, recently localized for domestic customers.
The newly established dedicated micro saw A/S team will consist of specialized personnel to promptly respond to various requests from domestic and international OSAT companies such as Amkor Korea, JCET Korea, ASE Korea, Hana Micron, Signetics, LB Semicon, as well as customers including Samsung Electro-Mechanics, LG Innotek, Daeduck Electronics, and Korea Circuit, in relation to the increase in domestic foundry volume of Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix. About 20 dedicated vehicles will be added to provide fast and systematic premium service.
With the establishment of the dedicated A/S team for the micro saw equipment, which was localized this year with in-house technology, Hanmi Semiconductor is preparing for the increasing domestic system semiconductor volume. The company plans to actively respond to improve customer satisfaction.

Hanmi Semiconductor recently launched the Micro Saw P1 series, a high-end PCB (FC-BGA) cutting equipment for advanced packaging combined with CPUs and GPUs from Intel, AMD, and others. The company plans to release a micro saw series to respond to various types of system semiconductor packaging. Due to the increasing demand for system semiconductors in 5G, metaverse, data centers, and autonomous driving, sales are expected to increase not only this year but also next year.
