View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heung-soon] Winia Dimchae announced on the 4th that it will release a limited edition barrel-aged beer called 'Dimchae×Gumiho Amber Tail' in collaboration with the craft beer brewery Kabrew.
Dimchae×Gumiho Amber Tail applies the barrel aging brewing technique, where beer is aged for a long time in wine barrels. It is characterized by a wild ale made with Korean ingredients such as pear and ginger, inspired by the traditional Korean drink Baesuk, and aged for more than half a year in Silver Oak barrels.
The taste of barrel-aged beer changes depending on the storage method after purchase. If the limited edition beer is stored at the optimal temperature using the alcohol storage mode of the kimchi refrigerator Dimchae, you can enjoy a richer flavor and a longer finish.
Winia Dimchae will sell the limited edition beer in limited quantities starting this month. It can be found at Daeyu Montber Country Club, Winia Story Cafe, the pop-up stores Beer Post Bar, Not Hidden Place, Kabrew Brewpub, and the Daily Shot application.
