GC Cell Subsidiary GreenVet Signs Business Agreement with KH Medical for "Pet Testing Collaboration"
[Asia Economy Reporter Seo So-jeong] GreenVet, a total healthcare company for companion animals and a subsidiary of GCell, an integrated corporation of GC LabCell and GC Cell, announced on the 3rd that it signed a business agreement with KH Medical on the 28th of last month.
Through this agreement, both companies will cooperate on research and development of diagnostic tests for companion animals and other matters mutually recognized as necessary.
Established in March, GreenVet provides preventive, therapeutic, and health management services that can manage the life cycle of companion animals, including diagnostic tests. KH Medical recently obtained the World Health Organization (WHO) approval for its self-developed COVID-19 diagnostic kit, the first in Korea, demonstrating its technological capabilities in the diagnostic reagent field.
