Korea Institute of Design Promotion Recognized for Win-Win Growth Contributions... Receives Minister of SMEs and Startups Commendation
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bo-kyung] The Korea Institute of Design Promotion received the Minister of SMEs and Startups Commendation in the Large and Small-Medium Enterprise Win-Win Cooperation (Organization) category at the '2021 Win-Win Growth Merit Awards' held during the Win-Win Growth Week commemorative event on the 3rd.
The Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Win-Win Growth Committee designate the first week of November each year as Win-Win Growth Week to expand social interest in win-win growth and promote a culture of cooperation between large and small-medium enterprises. They also hold a commemorative ceremony to select and award outstanding companies, institutions, and contributors to win-win growth.
The Large and Small-Medium Enterprise Win-Win Cooperation category, in which the Korea Institute of Design Promotion was awarded, is given to individuals or organizations that have enhanced corporate competitiveness and contributed to national economic development through voluntary win-win cooperation.
Recognized for its contributions to various win-win growth projects targeting small and medium partner companies, such as fostering a fair trade culture and supporting market access, it was the only small but strong public institution to receive the award.
