According to their agency SM Entertainment on the 2nd, aespa will be the first K-pop girl group to perform at the "Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade" held in New York, USA, on the 25th (local time).
Celebrating its 95th year, the parade is a large-scale Thanksgiving festival hosted by the American department store brand Macy’s. Macy’s introduced aespa on its official website as "the boldest rookie K-pop girl group consisting of four members: Karina, Winter, Giselle, and Ningning."
This year’s festival will also feature participants such as Darren Criss from the popular American drama ‘Glee’ and Jon Batiste, the composer of the Disney movie ‘Soul’ OST.
