Wearing everyday clothes instead of civil defense uniforms in line with the flow of returning to normal life, Prime Minister Kim chaired a Cabinet meeting at the Government Seoul Office that morning and emphasized, "Please keep in mind that if quarantine measures collapse, we will inevitably return to a painful situation."
At the same time, he said, "It is inevitable that people’s hearts will relax after being suppressed for so long," and expressed gratitude, saying, "I appreciate the support for consumption and domestic small business owners and self-employed people who have been depressed through various events such as the Korea Sale Festa."
Meanwhile, regarding the recent achievement of Nuriho, developed with Korean indigenous technology, reaching the target altitude of 700 km, Prime Minister Kim announced, "It is time to accelerate efforts to bring forward the 'Korea Space Age,'" and added, "With the revision of the 'Space Development Promotion Act,' the Prime Minister will directly serve as the chairman of the National Space Committee from now on." He pledged, "As the function to coordinate space policy has been strengthened, we will do our best to help our space industry leap to the world’s 7th rank."

Furthermore, concerning cybercrimes such as telecommunication financial fraud (voice phishing) and digital sexual exploitation, he urged the relevant authorities, "Expand investigative capabilities for cybercrime, establish state-of-the-art tracking and analysis systems to promptly detect crimes, and break the vicious cycle of cybercrime through comprehensive international cooperation."
