Ilsin Geonyeong, 'Pyeongtaek Hwayang Humanville First City' to Launch Sales in December
[Asia Economy Reporter Tae-min Ryu] Ilsin Geonyeong announced on the 2nd that it plans to launch sales next month for 'Pyeongtaek Hwayang Humanville First City' in the Hwayang District of Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province.
'Pyeongtaek Hwayang Humanville First City' is the first general sales complex in the Hwayang District of Pyeongtaek. It will be developed on Block 7-1 of the Hwayang District, consisting of 1,468 households in buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground. All units are small to medium-sized, with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 84 square meters.
The complex is located in the central area of the Hwayang District, making it convenient to access various residential infrastructures. Within walking distance, sites for elementary, middle, and high schools are planned. To the west of the complex is the central commercial district. Right in front of the complex, the largest park in the Hwayang District is also scheduled to be established. Additionally, comprehensive medical facilities and public offices to be developed within the district are all accessible on foot.
The Pyeongtaek Hwayang District, where the complex is located, is a privately-led urban development project developing the Hwayang-ri area of Hyeondeok-myeon, Pyeongtaek City. The large-scale site, spanning approximately 2.79 million square meters?comparable to the size of Yeouido?is being developed into a new town expected to house about 50,000 residents (around 20,000 households).
The Hwayang District is expected to benefit from the ongoing future industrial developments in Pyeongtaek. It is adjacent to Asan National Industrial Complex (Wonjeong District, Poseung District), Poseung 2 General Industrial Complex, and Gyeonggi Free Economic Zone (Poseung BIX, Hyeondeok District), which serve as key hubs for advanced logistics functions behind Pyeongtaek Port, recognized as the core future industrial area of Pyeongtaek.
Recently, interest from buyers has increased as large-scale development projects progress in Pyeongtaek. The KTX direct connection project from Suwon, linking Seojeong-ri Station and Jije Station, is underway. Anjung Station on the West Sea Line, scheduled to open in 2023, is included in the 4th National Railroad Network Plan, reflecting the direct connection of the West Sea Line-KTX Gyeongbu High-Speed Line from western Pyeongtaek to Seoul. Additionally, the expansion of Samsung Semiconductor's Pyeongtaek Campus and the development of Brain City General Industrial Complex are steadily progressing.
