Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance Collaborates with Social Ventures to Create ESG Goods for Social Contribution
[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Hyung-gil] Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance announced on the 2nd that it plans to develop goods reflecting social value with companies selected in the 'ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) Social Venture Contest' and utilize them in ESG activities.
In July, Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance held a contest to help social ventures create value and promote collaboration, selecting Jerrybag, Creators Lab, and Touch for Good. They jointly developed goods reflecting ESG values in collaboration with these companies.
Jerrybag developed light-reflective pedestrian safety goods. The product helps reduce waste by recycling discarded outdoor advertisements and using light-reflective materials, while simultaneously enhancing pedestrian safety.
Creators Lab created a play-type sugar clay kit, and Touch for Good made jump rope sets by recycling discarded plastics.
Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance plans to actively utilize these goods in new customer events and social contribution activities.
