[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Tae-min] Hanyang announced on the 29th that it opened the cyber model house for ‘Eco Delta City Hanyang Sujain’ within the Eco Delta City Smart City in Gangseo-gu, Busan on the 22nd, and plans to officially start the subscription schedule beginning with special supply subscription applications on the 1st of next month.

The subscription schedule begins with special supply on Monday, the 1st of next month, followed by first priority for the relevant area on the 2nd, first priority for other areas on the 3rd, and second priority on the 4th. The winners will be announced on the 10th, and the official contracts will be conducted from the 22nd to the 26th.

Busan’s ‘Eco Delta City Hanyang Sujain’ is a complex located at 21BL, Gangdong-dong, Gangseo-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, within the Eco Delta City Smart City. It consists of seven buildings ranging from two basement floors to a maximum of 24 floors above ground, with a total of 554 households sized between 102 and 132 square meters. Notably, out of the total 28,454 households supplied in Eco Delta City, only 3,380 households are planned within the Smart City. Additionally, the sale price is lower than the market price due to the application of the price ceiling system.

The cyber model house on the website of Busan’s ‘Eco Delta City Hanyang Sujain’ provides various information such as complex features, household composition, subscription methods, and schedules. It offers videos including information on the model house’s constructed units and complex details, subscription guidance, a model house interior layout, 3D VR (virtual reality) videos implemented with the same structure as the actual constructed units, and a list of finishing materials.

‘Eco Delta City Hanyang Sujain’ is expected to have excellent accessibility to living convenience facilities as it is located at the center of the entire Eco Delta City site. A school site is planned nearby, and living infrastructure such as green spaces, office, and commercial areas will be well established. It is also close to the planned construction site of Gadeok New Airport and the soon-to-open Bujeon~Masan double-track railway. Gimhae Airport, Busan New Port, KTX Busan Station, and the Second Namhae Expressway are also easily accessible.

‘Eco Delta City Hanyang Sujain’ is the first complex to apply the renewed ‘Sujain’ this year. All households are mainly oriented southeast and southwest, with a central plaza and themed yards arranged to secure wide distances between buildings. All parking lots are located underground, and features such as a ‘dimming system’ that automatically adjusts brightness when vehicles and people move, as well as an emergency bell system related to safety, are applied.

Each household’s floor plan features a 4-bay structure to maximize lighting and ventilation, and depending on the type, storage spaces such as pantries, large dressing rooms, and entrance storage are provided. Additionally, flexible walls allow for space configurations tailored to different lifestyles. Each household is also equipped with an IoT (Internet of Things) air purification ventilation system with a built-in HEPA filter to improve indoor air quality. Furthermore, integrated wall pads and control systems for lighting, heating, ventilation, and appliances using smartphones are included.

The complex landscaping will be designed as a space harmonizing pine forests and water features. Community facilities will include a secret garden sunken space, children’s playground, resident exercise facilities, and health walking trails. Community amenities will also feature a study room, golf practice range, kids gym, small library, resident caf?, fitness center, and GX room.

A Hanyang official stated, “This project is the first to apply the renewed Sujain and is symbolically the first sales complex within Eco Delta City Smart City, so inquiries have been steadily coming in even before the sale.” He added, “We plan to showcase the Sujain brand premium with excellent product competitiveness, including diverse community facilities and smart home services suitable for the Smart City, along with the central location within Eco Delta City, to housing demanders.”
