Objection Submission Period from the 29th to the 29th of Next Month
[Hampyeong=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Chunsu] Hampyeong-gun, Jeollanam-do, announced the individual official land prices for lands that underwent division or merger in the first half of the year as of July 1st, effective from the 29th of this month.
According to the county on the 29th, a total of 3,326 parcels of land were decided and announced this time, and objections will be accepted for about one month from the 29th to the 29th of next month.
Landowners or stakeholders with opinions can visit the county office Civil Service Office or the application forms available at each eup/myeon office, fill them out and submit in person, or submit by mail, fax, or through the ‘Ilsa Pyeonri Real Estate Integrated Civil Service Site’.
For lands with submitted opinions, an appraiser will re-verify the appropriateness of the price calculation, and after deliberation by the Hampyeong-gun Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee, the results will be individually notified to the objectors by December 28th.
