The campaign targets refund payments or insurance benefits that remain unclaimed even after the expiration of the claim period for matured or lapsed (canceled) insurance contracts, as well as pensions not received after the start of pension payments and insurance benefits not received after maturity.
Applications for payment can be made through the Nonghyup Life Insurance website, by phone, or in person, and payments can be received after identity verification. When applying by phone, payment is made after confirming the registered automatic transfer account and completing identity verification via ID and mobile phone, with additional authentication requirements possibly applied for payment amounts exceeding 5 million KRW.
