Chonnam National University Awards Commendations to Department of Journalism and Broadcasting Students as Chonnam National University People of the Month

According to Chonnam National University on the 26th, President Jeong Seong-taek selected and commended students Jo Byeori, Park Hyun-young, and Jang Hae-young (3rd year, Department of Journalism and Broadcasting) as the 'Chonnam National University People of the Month' on the 25th.
President Jeong Seong-taek said, "I watched the work you produced three times," expressing pride, and added, "We will further expand support so that more students can lead creative and challenging university lives like you."
In response, the students said, "We were able to produce the film thanks to the latest filming equipment provided by the university and production expenses supported by the alumni association 'Pureun Kkum Sponsorship Group,'" and expressed gratitude, saying, "We thank the university and alumni seniors who helped our dreams come true."
The short film they produced, 'Uriui Bada' (Our Sea), which depicts friendship with a disabled friend and inner conflict, was officially invited to the non-competitive section of the 22nd Gachibom Film Festival to be held in Seoul on November 11.
Chonnam National University also plans to hold the Green Days-Cinema 'Short Film Festival' in November, screening a total of three films including this one.
