Offline Courses Such as Financial Technology and Art Tech Expanded by 10-20%
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Yuri] Hyundai Department Store announced on the 26th that starting from the 27th, it will begin registration for the '2021 Hyundai Cultural Center Winter Semester' at a total of 17 cultural centers, including all 16 department stores nationwide such as the Apgujeong Main Store and Hyundai City Mall Garden Five.
The '2021 Hyundai Cultural Center Winter Semester' will operate from December 1, 2021, to February 28, 2022. Reflecting the anticipation of returning to normal life with With COVID-19, offline courses have been expanded by 10-20% per store compared to last fall semester.
In particular, this winter semester has doubled the number of courses in line with the latest trends, including ▲Financial Technology ▲Art Tech (Art + Financial Technology) ▲Golf compared to last year.
Representative courses include 'Financial Technology Strategies' and 'Real Estate Investment Strategies' taught by financial technology experts, 'How to Choose Artworks' conducted by a curator from the online art rental service company 'Open Gallery,' and 'Improving Golf Performance through Posture Points' led by professional golfer Park Sang-min.
Hyundai Department Store also plans to increase the number of courses in the online cultural center 'Hyundai Department Store Culture Class,' which was first introduced in the distribution industry through Naver's lecture platform 'eXpert' last December, by more than 10%. Since its launch, the number of instructors has increased from 14 to about 50, and the number of courses has expanded from around 80 to over 600.
