Seoul City announced on the 26th that it held the Urban Redevelopment Committee meeting the day before and approved the original plan for the revision of the Susaek-Jeungsan Redevelopment Promotion Plan.
Accordingly, in the Jeungsan 2 Redevelopment Promotion Zone at 216-10 Jeungsan-dong, Eunpyeong-gu, the approximately 4,600㎡ children's park, which the project implementer is scheduled to donate, will be changed to a cultural park, and the Jeungsan Complex Cultural and Sports Center will be constructed by the end of 2024.
The center will be built with one basement floor and four above-ground floors, with a total floor area of 2,000㎡, and will include a living culture center, a national sports center, and a Dahamkke Care Center.
