This business agreement was made after the Korea Post reviewed the feasibility of the aging Busan Haeundae Training Center and decided to develop it into a tourist hotel. Through a competitive bidding process, Haevichi Hotel & Resort was selected as the responsible lease operator to propose hospitality solutions.
Haevichi is a hospitality specialist company operating domestic and international luxury hotels, business hotels, golf courses, dining businesses, and office building service consignment businesses. It will participate in the development, design, and construction of the hotel project on the Busan Haeundae Training Center site and undertake its operation.
A hotel with approximately 260 rooms, spanning from three basement floors to 26 above-ground floors, is planned to be completed in 2026. Haevichi’s newly launched lifestyle hotel brand will be introduced.
