[Jeonju=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Han-ho] The Jeonbuk Forest Museum will hold a special opening for five weeks until November 21.
Jeonbuk Province announced that during the five-week special opening period, the museum will open on Mondays, which were originally closed days, and the operating hours will be extended from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. to 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. to provide convenience to visitors.
In particular, a contemporary art exhibition titled "People, Flowers Seen When Coming Down," featuring four contemporary artists expressing the preciousness and value of people once again in the era of COVID-19, will be held.
Meanwhile, to prevent infectious diseases, museum tours will restrict guided tours and group visits, allowing only general visitors without fever or respiratory symptoms. Visitors must strictly follow quarantine guidelines such as wearing masks, filling out entry logs, and maintaining social distancing.
Additionally, to prevent COVID-19, the museum plans to operate in compliance with quarantine management standards including △ temperature checks upon visitor entry △ guiding visitors in one direction △ maintaining a distance of over 2 meters △ continuous ventilation and frequent disinfection.
