Gyeonggi Startup Hub Supports 'Startup Overseas Expansion'
Lecture on Overseas Market Entry Strategies, Case Presentations, and Networking Event
[Asia Economy Reporter Ra Young-cheol] Gyeonggi Province will hold the '2021 Gyeonggi Startup Hub Global Startup Connection Forum' online on the afternoon of the 27th to support startups in the province with overseas expansion and networking.
According to the province on the 21st, the forum will comprehensively review the current status of the global startup market focusing on overseas local information and the position of domestic startups in the world, and engage in strategic discussions.
Kim Yoo-jin, CEO of 'SparkLabs,' the first-generation domestic accelerator, will give a lecture on global expansion strategies for startups.
Following this, promising overseas startups will present, delivering vivid on-site information about startup markets in the US, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, and other regions in America, Europe, and Asia.
After each detailed program, a networking event will be held for pre-registered participants, providing opportunities for information sharing and small-scale networking among domestic and international startups to explore collaboration possibilities.
The networking event will be divided into three groups by region: Group 1 for the US/Europe, Group 2 for Asia, and Group 3 for domestic startups.
