Moon Jung-bok: "Kyungsilryeon has a political intention to influence next year's presidential election"
Democratic Party of Korea lawmaker Moon Jung-bok is explaining on the 20th at the Gyeonggi Province National Audit that the Citizens' Coalition for Economic Justice's press conference announcement related to the Daejeong-dong project was incorrect.

On the 20th, during the National Assembly Land, Infrastructure and Transport Committee's audit of Gyeonggi Province held at the Gyeonggi Provincial Government Office in Suwon, Rep. Moon stated, "Yesterday, CCEJ claimed that Seongnam City's profit was 10%, and the remaining 850 billion KRW was taken by the Kim Man-bae family. When a civic group holds a press conference, they must fact-check based on facts," and directly criticized, "I believe CCEJ's actions have a strong political intention to influence the presidential election."
He continued, "Regarding apartment sales after the Daejang-dong land sale, I apologize, but that is the private sector's share," and emphasized, "As the governor mentioned earlier, LH sold the land and transferred it to the private sector, and if they make a profit by selling it, I was asked whether LH can take that profit, but our Urban Development Act does not have such a provision."
In particular, he said, "The materials released by CCEJ are based on fiction," and added, "Since they spoke without properly understanding the Urban Development Act, I think CCEJ should provide accurate reporting on this issue," raising the pressure once again.
Lee Jae-myung, Governor of Gyeonggi Province and the Democratic Party's presidential candidate, also responded to CCEJ's announcement with disbelief.
He first pointed out, "Since CCEJ has been very interested in real estate issues, I have met Kim Heon-dong several times, talked on the phone multiple times, consulted, and cooperated to improve Gyeonggi Province's real estate policies. So I don't understand why they raise this issue (Daejang-dong public-private development) without addressing the LCT issue in Busan, where 1 trillion KRW of private profits were handed over intact and public infrastructure was built with taxpayers' money."
He added, "I don't understand why they talk about the profits from apartment sales by private developers while leaving the land sale project led by Seongnam City alone," and said, "I think there is a problem with neutrality in this (CCEJ's recent announcement)."
