Under the theme 'BEYOND,' this graduation exhibition features about 40 works in the fields of Product and Public Facilities by 12 students, along with award-winning works from competitions.
In particular, the industrial design outcomes are 3D printed using PLA (Polylactide), an eco-friendly resin material, allowing viewers to see various design concepts of products led by design.
'BEYOND' signifies that Gwangju University industrial design major students are moving beyond the school to a new world, crossing the gateway to another space and advancing beyond.
Professor Lee Jung-min of the Department of Convergence Design said, "The 4th-year industrial design major students, who have a long history and tradition of 38 years, have diligently prepared the exhibition," adding, "This graduation exhibition will be a stepping stone for students to leap high in the field of design."
