[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Chairman Jung Yoon-mo, hereinafter referred to as Kibo) announced on the 15th that it has successfully concluded the activities of the 4th "Kibo Youth Technology Evaluation Experience Group" (hereinafter referred to as the Experience Group), which was recruited to allow young people to directly visit excellent small and medium venture companies and improve awareness of jobs in small and medium enterprises despite the COVID-19 situation.
In June, Kibo selected a total of 152 Experience Group members targeting young job seekers under the age of 39, including university students. The Experience Group operated for about three months at 74 Technology Evaluation Centers, Technology Innovation Centers, and Cultural Content Finance Centers nationwide.
The Experience Group strictly adhered to quarantine guidelines and visited the sites of small and medium venture companies together with Kibo employees to experience Kibo's technology evaluation process. They also wrote experience reports to contribute to improving awareness of jobs in small and medium enterprises, which were posted on Kibo's official blog.
In particular, Kibo expanded the corporate experience area of this Experience Group to social venture companies, allowing participants to learn about customized support for revitalizing the social economy and efforts in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management activities.
