Wanju County Council Forms Special Committee for 2021 Administrative Audit

[Wanju=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Han-ho] The Wanju County Council (Chairman Kim Jae-cheon) announced on the 13th that Councilor Lee Kyung-ae was elected as the Chairperson of the 1st Special Committee on Administrative Affairs Audit, and Councilor Yoon Soo-bong was elected as the Vice Chairperson.

The 2021 Special Committee on Administrative Affairs Audit consists of 10 members and will operate during the 2nd regular session of the Wanju County Council, which opens in November.

Chairperson Lee Kyung-ae stated, “Since this is conducted under the council’s inherent authority to monitor and check administration, we will ensure that the opinions of residents are sufficiently reflected in the special committee on administrative affairs audit,” adding, “This committee will not criticize for the sake of criticism but will propose alternatives and proceed in a direction that allows Wanju County to develop further.”

Vice Chairperson Yoon Soo-bong said, “We will strive to ensure that the special committee on administrative affairs audit proceeds in the right direction,” and added, “We will look from the perspective of the county residents and through their eyes.”
