Darwin Junggae Launches Service Showcasing Nationwide Real Estate Development Opportunities at a Glance
[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Taemin] Real estate brokerage platform Darwin Brokerage announced on the 12th that it will launch the 'National Real Estate Development Prospects and Reconstruction Feasibility Map' service.
The reconstruction feasibility feature is a service that allows users to see scores related to reconstruction feasibility at a glance. It quantifies various factors necessary for reconstruction analysis, such as floor area ratio and charges. Additionally, users can easily check various development prospects including subways, railroads, roads, large construction projects, and reconstruction.
Reconstruction feasibility and development prospects are highly sought-after real estate content. For example, comparing Hillstate 2nd Complex in Samsung-dong, Gangnam-gu, and Hongsil Apartment in Samsung-dong, Hillstate 2nd Complex rose 40% over the past three years, while Hongsil Apartment showed a 60% increase. This indicates that reconstruction apartments have a higher investment return compared to regular apartments under the same conditions.
Jung Seungwook, Service Planning Team Leader at Darwin Brokerage, said, "Due to the asymmetry of real estate information, asset gaps are widening. We created this service to provide real estate information easily to many people and help them make the right investment choices."
