11st, Open Market Customer Satisfaction Survey 1st Place for 13 Consecutive Years
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] 11st announced on the 8th that it was selected as the number one open market for 13 consecutive years in the ‘2021 Korea Customer Satisfaction Index (KCSI) Survey of Korean Industries.’
KCSI is an index that quantifies customer satisfaction with products and services by industry in Korea, organized by the Korea Management Association Consulting. In this survey, 11st received high evaluations in categories such as ▲open market reliability ▲convenience of order/payment procedures and inquiry ▲security of applications and websites ▲detailed information provision about products.
11st has continuously developed its services from the customer’s perspective, improving shopping convenience and providing innovative services.
