View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Home&Shopping (CEO Kim Ok-chan) announced on the 7th that it held a Consumer-Centered Management (CCM) adoption declaration ceremony at its headquarters building in Magok-dong, Seoul. Considering the COVID-19 situation, only a minimal number of executives and employees, including CEO Kim Ok-chan, attended the ceremony, which was broadcast live via video conference to all employees.
CCM is a certification system that evaluates whether a company organizes all its activities from the consumer's perspective and continuously improves them. It is operated by the Korea Consumer Agency and certified biennially by the Fair Trade Commission. At the declaration ceremony, Lee Won-seop, Head of the Management Division, was appointed as the Chief Customer Officer (CCO) to establish a stable consumer-centered management system, and the attending executives and employees took a pledge together.
