Support for Market Expansion, 16 Small and Medium Venture Companies Matched with Home Shopping MDs and Others

According to the Jeonnam Information and Culture Industry Promotion Agency on the 6th, in collaboration with the Honam One-Person Creative Enterprise Support Center and the Mokpo Fisheries Food Support Center, a '2021 Excellent Product Evaluation and Consultation Meeting' was held to support the market development of 25 products produced by 16 small and medium venture companies in the Honam area.
The evaluation and consultation meeting was conducted in the form of showcasing excellent products from small and medium venture companies to product planners (MDs) from major domestic distribution channels and holding consultations for sales.
Additionally, one-on-one consulting was provided regarding product design, production, quality, and hygiene.
At the event, about 13 MDs from 12 domestic distribution channels, including GS Retail, GS Home Shopping, Nonghyup Hanaro Distribution, E-Land Retail, and Y-MART, attended.
Companies selected as excellent products at this evaluation meeting will go through a process of improving product completeness and design with support from the Jeonnam Creative Economy Innovation Center, and then secure sales channels such as entry into the GS distribution network.

Lee Jung-geun, director of the Promotion Agency, said, "Based on the advice from MDs of domestic distribution channels at this evaluation meeting, we will further enhance the completeness of our products," and added, "We will continue to support securing various sales channels such as home shopping sales and entry into distribution channels."
