CJ OnStyle Launches 'Collect Questions' Menu... "We Answer Even After Live Broadcasts"
CJ OnStyle will establish a new segment called "Collecting Questions" to enhance interactive communication on its live commerce (live broadcast) channel, "Live Show."

Although the advantage of live commerce is interactive communication, there are cases where not all viewer questions can be answered during the broadcast, so this measure was taken to improve that. Even if viewers miss the host's answers during the broadcast, they can check the answers later by clicking the 'My Questions' tab in the 'Collecting Questions' menu.
CJ OnStyle also improved the user interface (UI·UX). To ensure customers do not miss purchase verification benefits and reward points, the application button is placed directly on the screen, and even when moving to other pages, the broadcast being watched can continue to be viewed in a small window. Additionally, a separate customer notice window was created below the chat window to prevent missing important announcements.
For quality control, CJ OnStyle conducts a full investigation before broadcasts to check for violations of the Act on Labeling and Advertising, increases the rate of physical inspections, and strengthens product management and customer service by conducting customer satisfaction surveys on the KakaoTalk channel.
