[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Moon Seok-jin, Mayor of Seodaemun-gu, was elected as the inaugural chairman at the founding general meeting of the "Asia-Pacific Learning Cities Alliance" held on the afternoon of the 30th at the IGC Incheon Global Campus Performance Hall.
