Gwangyang, Yangsan, Changwon Excluded from Unsold Housing Management Areas... Asan and Geoje Maintained
Gwangyang in Jeonnam and Yangsan and Changwon in Gyeongnam have been removed from the unsold housing management areas.
The Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (HUG) announced on the 30th that Asan in Chungnam and Geoje in Gyeongnam were selected as the 61st unsold housing management areas.
With Gwangyang, Yangsan, and Changwon excluded from the five areas last month, the number of unsold housing management areas nationwide has decreased to two.
As of the end of last month, the unsold houses in the unsold housing management areas totaled 1,554 units, accounting for about 10.45% of the total 14,864 unsold houses nationwide.
If a business site is purchased for the purpose of supplying houses in the unsold housing management areas, a preliminary review for the sale guarantee must be conducted.
