On the 30th, Kim held a press conference at the National Assembly and said, "The Pangyo Daejang-dong development project is truly a historic-level development corruption case reeking of foul odor. The national audit to uncover these public suspicions is at risk of becoming a watered-down audit due to the Democratic Party's obstruction, which acts as the bodyguard for the Moon Jae-in administration season 2."
He continued, "The attendance of key witnesses and reference persons such as Lee Han-sung, director of Cheonhwa Dongin and former aide to ex-lawmaker Lee Hwa-young, former Seongnam Urban Development Corporation Planning Director Yoo Dong-gyu, a close aide to Gyeonggi Province Governor Lee Jae-myung, and former Supreme Court Justice Kwon Soon-il, who extended Lee's political life, is being blocked due to the Democratic Party's opposition," adding, "Related agencies are not responding to the National Assembly's requests for document submissions."
According to Kim, regarding the adoption of witnesses and reference persons, all 18 members of the Land, Infrastructure and Transport Committee, 17 members of the Judiciary Committee, all 30 members of the Public Administration and Security Committee, and all 36 members of the Political Affairs Committee applied, but none were adopted.
He emphasized, "Those who refuse special investigations and national audits are the culprits. Those who try to hide are the main perpetrators of the Daejang-dong gate."
He also criticized Governor Lee, saying, "Why does he not disclose the project stakeholders he himself called his greatest achievement?" and asked, "How much is there to hide that they are systematically concealing it like this?"

Kim raised his voice, saying, "I've heard of an imperial president, but this is the first time I've heard of an imperial candidate," and added, "If the ruling party insists on a Lee Jae-myung shield national audit like this, the Democratic Party itself admits to being a protective force for a corrupt group."
